2011 AWARDS INFORMATION HOW TO APPLY    There are no formal application forms.   If you are eligible for any of the awards below, please mail in your information postmarked by October 22, 2011 to Robyn Ambrose; Grand Haven Stable; 1946 E. Union Road;  Jefferson, OH  44046. Paperwork and information Required:     1/   Name of Rider and Horse 2/   Name of Award 3/   Copy of dressage test front(s) showing Judge names and test score(s) 4/   Copy of breed registration form (if applicable).

2011 AWARDS AMERICAN HANOVERIAN SOCIETY AWARD A special ribbon awarded for the high-scoring Hanoverian.  Part-breds are eligible.  Horses must be in AHS registered with correct ownership according to AHS records.  Please send photocopies of papers. AMERICAN TRAKEHNER ASSOCIATION AWARD  A beautiful ribbon for the high-scoring Trakehner. Part-breds are eligible. Horse must be ATA registered. Please send photocopy of papers. ARABIAN AWARD: A lovely ribbon awarded for the high scoring Arabian or Half-Arabian. papers must be submitted.  Award sponsored by Winterhawk Farm. ASHLEY HABSBURG MEMORIAL AWARD An annual award presented each summer, (this year at the June 11&12 show,) to the high-scoring Adult Amateur at Training Level.  The winner will receive a beautiful ribbon and trophy, a cash prize, plus the winner's name will be inscribed on a perpetual plaque which is displayed at Grand Haven. GRAND HAVEN'S "NORTHERN OHIO DRESSAGE CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES FOR 2011"                NOTE:  You must compete in 3 of the 4 shows listed below to be eligible     To qualify, riders need to submit proof of their highest score per horse/rider combination (per level) from 3 out of the 4 shows mentioned, and no specific form is needed           6/11-12 Dressage at Grand Haven Show       6/18-19 Dressage Derby at Lake Erie College  7/30   NODA Dressage '11 Show                   7/31 Dressage '11 Encore Show USDF/DOVER ADULT AMATEUR MEDAL CLASS (CLASS NUMBER 58 - SECOND LEVEL, Test 3 - Adult Amateur) The USDF/Dover Adult Amateur Medal is open to adult amateurs according to USEF regulations, who are current members of the USDF riding at Second Level.  The medal will be awarded to the eligible rider with the  highest score of at least 60% or better.  At the show, the winner of the USDF/Dover medal will receive a packet containing a handcrafted pewter medal and neck-ribbon, and forms to receive a $20 Dover gift certificate.   USDF/Dover Medal National Merit Awards will be awarded for winning 3 USDF/Dover Medals during a program year.   Year End Awards for Champion & Reserve Champion will be determined by the average of the top three winning ride scores during the competition year.
